At most meetings, members "pass the hat" for Happy Dollars. We get an opportunity to tell the club anything from a little piece of personal news to a joke (good OR bad) or something good happening in the community.

FIRECRACKER 5-K Race &
1 Mile Fun Walk

Join us July 4th, 2008 for the
Fifteenth Annual Firecracker
5-K Run and 1 Mile Fun Walk
to provide scholarships for some of our North Buncombe Students planning to attend a College or Technical School.

COURSE

This course begins at RBC Centura Bank on Weaver Blvd, in Weaverville and continues through part of beautiful Downtown Weaverville concluding at RBC Centura Bank.

Each participant who
PRE-REGISTERS will receive a specially designed, 100% cotton T-Shirt.

Entry fee is $20.00 before June 4, 2008 and $25.00 after June 4, 2008
This event is the KickOff for an Old Fashion 4th of July celebration put on by the Town of Weaverville ending with a street dance and fireworks.
